Welcome to your new favorite workout space—right at home. The Hello Lady Online Studio Session brings live, 1:1 pilates and strength training straight to your screen with real-time coaching, form feedback, and personalized support.
Each 30-minute online session is designed around you—your goals, your energy, your day. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, improving posture, or simply carving out a little time for yourself, every move is intentional and accessible.
We’ll start with a friendly consultation — over the phone, video, or in person — to talk about your goals, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to get out of your sessions. This is your chance to share if you want more energy, better core strength, or just time carved out for you. No stress, just real conversation & probably some laughs!
Based on our chat, I’ll create a personalized plan that actually fits your life. Some moms love weekly sessions, others prefer multiple times a week, and some want to mix in online workouts. Together, we’ll choose the package that works best for your budget, schedule, and comfort level. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we even roll out the mat.
When it’s time for your first session, I come straight to your home with all the equipment and good energy. We’ll ease into a 45-minute pilates session tailored to your body and your pace — challenging enough to feel it, but always supportive. From there, we’ll track your progress, adjust as needed, and keep you motivated so you feel stronger, healthier, and more like yourself again.

Totally fine! Life’s busy. We’ll book sessions around your schedule, and if something comes up (because #momlife), we’ll adjust. Flexibility is kind of the whole point.
04. What if I can’t commit to a set schedule?
100% yes. These sessions are made for real moms—whether you’re getting back into fitness or already active, I’ll meet you where you are. No pressure, no judgment.
03. I haven’t worked out in forever… will I even keep up?
Nope! I bring everything we need. Just show up in comfy clothes and have a little space in your living room. That’s it.
02. Do I need equipment?
Girl, they will—and that’s okay! Pilates is super flexible. If you’ve got little ones crawling on your mat or asking for snacks, we’ll work around it. (Bonus: they might even join in.)
01. What if my kids interrupt?
Absolutely not. Messy bun, leggings from 2010, yesterday’s mascara under your eyes—you’re good. I’m here for you, not for perfect outfits. (Though if you want cute workout fits, I can hook you up , promise😉).
06. Do I have to look cute?
If you’re in the Central Valley (Hanford, Kingsburg, Fresno County), I’ve got you! If you’re further away, no worries—you can jump into my online workouts and challenges from anywhere.
